I have some HD footage in an MOV file that I bring into Premiere Pro 1.5 and resize it to fit standard definition video in widescreen. The original file plays fine on its own. The output video unfortunately has a jumpiness to it when there is movement. Pans and title scrolls are jumpy. Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Mike

How are you downsizing? Sounds like a field has been tossed.
The problem as described is temporal, not resolution related. -
I am going into effects for the clip and altering the "scale" setting of the "move" effect to fit the frame.
