letterbox and black & white ?

Hi,

What are the difference bettwen thees two ? When i choose the letterbox, then the "picture" is very small when i watch it on a dvd player on a widescreen, why ?

And bye the way, when i make a dvd, and play it on a "normal" tv, then the subtitles are showing very high in the film, why ? can i change this ?

Letterbox adds black bars at top and bottom to adjust widescreen movies to play in TV aspect ratio. Black & White suppresses color and makes the movie black & white. About the subtitles, you should specify their format or how you obtained them.
