Capturing in Pal, Need output in NTSC

i am capturing in Pal from a VCR in Studio 9. is there a setting that i can output in ntsc?

and

i have some clips, and i cannot mix pal with ntsc in studio; is there a trick around this (without encoding)?

I think he has pal vcr and capturing to his computer???? I don't think he can mix and pal and ntsc.

I kind of figured that but i don't like to assume

because he could be doing acouple of diff. things that's why i asked to make sure... people need to be more clear and give specific details

And if he is capturing from a pal vcr to his pc i would think he could set the capture to NTSC regardless of what the source is, so there would be no need to re-convert it to ntsc.

And he say's

so here again i will assume he is asking if he can make the (output) capture NTSC... but again...

But I do have a question for u, I have a movie.mpv file which is PAL I want to Resize the video to 720x480. How can I do this? Because I am going to use DGPulldown to convert 25fps to 29fps
