    I have Audio Video files ripped to my hard drive of a DVD. I want to keep only parts of the moive. What program(s) would I use to do this.

    Hi,
    Just convert either using TMPGEnc Xpress (the best and fastest to me personally) or just use any encoder of your choice that supports VOB encoding.
