I got about 100+ music music/karaoke dvd at the moment I want to simplify the task of searching up a song and changing tracks/disc by putting all of them onto my computer most of these DVD's are only single layer so maybe 4gb a pc I think 600gb should do if not I"ll add more until I have enough... a few things that I would like to know.
When I use DVD shrink to shrink these down to my computer do I need to keep the Audio_TS folder there? If I use a program like Power DVD can I play the tracks w/o it?
Can I put all the the tracks from the different disc into 1 single folder and have them numbered in numerical order? Or even better change the file name to the song and artist and make it viewable by an available software out there?
Reason I say 1 folder is that I think this is the only way to be able to browse the track and titles w/o jumping to another folder.
So to make a long story short I want to combine all the tracks into 1 large folder so I can browse EVERYTHING with just a scroll button or a remote control on the HTPC with options to view the title or what ever infomation I may give the specific track..... Any response is greatly appreciated, this has been on my mind for a very long time.
