I made a DVD with a very simple menu with GUI for dvdautor. On the computer with POWERDVD it works fine. On my standalone a Philips DVD 633 the menu shows for only about 2 or 3 seconds and then disappers again. Can somebody help me with this.

ATM I have no idea. You may try to create an animated menu with some seconds. Maybe your player has a problem with single frame mpegs (as they are normally used in still menus) You may also send me the author.xml file (by pm) but if it runs with PowerDVD, I don't think that there is something wrong there...
