ogm to dvd problem

I've been trying to convert his one OGM file to m2v with TMPGenc but I keep getting an error with tmpgennc dvd author when I try to add the m2v file. I followed the OGM to DVD guide step by step and I'm still getting these errors and I read all the tips for the tmpgenc settings. THe error messages i keep getting are. "A video sequence header is necessary for every GOP in standard DVD" and "The video GOP header is too long". In the GOP structure tab in TMPGenc i have it set to: 1, 5, 2. any advice?

The Max number of frames in a GOP should be 18 for NTSC and 15 for NTSC. Use the dvd templates if you don't know what to change.

Thanks. I knew I was missing something hehe. What about Output interval of sequence header? It's at 0. Should I change it to 1?
