    Hello

Are there DVD players out there which play OGM files?

I plan to put 4 episodes on DVD (Xvid) what would the optimum size be for each 40min episode? would I be able to fit more than 4 episodes on one DVD or am I better off sticking to just 4?

I've never heard of any. MKV support is what consumers want and where the industry seems to be headed.

About 1 GB per episode. You could consider going up to 1.1 GB, but you're not likely to notice any difference. I'm not sure I'd recommend that as 4.4 GB (4 x 1.1 GB) is going to be pushing the maximum capacity of single layer DVD and some people have reported problems with discs that are close to the maximum capacity. 1 GB per episode avoids that problem.

Yes, you can fit more episodes on a disc, but the quality will be worse. I wouldn't do it, but you're the person who has to decide if lesser quality is OK, not me.
