    i have 2.4 celeron with 256 ram and msi tv tuner.my video looks like as it got delay in video .i mean as video is being capture slowly and same in showing ....video playing speeed is slow...as it looks like a replay...wat cud be the problemm???and which capture card supports real time video titling with minimum price???wat is the minimum price?

    Set your viewing mode to "overlay" instead of VMR9, or VMR7.
