    Hi,

    I have a ADVC1394 with the free Vegas software with it which is not very good, can anyone recommend good software which will work with this card, I simply want software that will show the input in full screen so I can watch TV and software that will capture. Any ideas....

    The only two tools I am personally aware of that can capture DV and preview in fullscreen are IUVCR and the capture tool of Main Concept mpeg encoder. I'm sure they are others but those two will do it.

    The iuVCR is a great program, just simple and easy to use no junk that you never use. The best program for just watching and recording TV, thanks for recommending it.
