  1. hi,
i read the tutorial on removing the "dvd backup" warning at the beginning when you use dvdxcopy xpress to copy a dvd. I tried it and it works fine. however i noticed that even though the warning is gone, i cant "copy the copy" still. ive tried using dvdxcopy xpress, platinum, and dvdshrink. none of those would start if i put in the copy. What am i missing?

PS. I only removed the vob ID with the warning. i left all the rest intact, like the FBI warnings, etc. the original dvd still works fine, of course.

  2. I am sure you still have the original. And because you do, just use the guides found on this site for ripping and removing region codes. I like DVDShrink and AnyDVD respectivly. Then, burn with Nero and call it a day. Sorry if you bought 321 Studios stuff since you can find what you need here.

How do you remove the warning with regualr DVDXCOPY?

I need to make some backup's of DVD's I made (my own films) that are no longer on my hard drive. I already own DVDXCOPY but the only things stopping me is the warning.

  4. I thought when you Installed DVDxcopy from 321,it would Install software that would stop these Probrams from making a Copy?I maybe wrong,But seems you are having to much of a hard time to back up and "Back Up".
