video tutorial?

just wondering how this guy achieve a 15 min video. also everytime I encode their is no maximum bitrate and my bitrate is also low. and do a test youtube upload and it works properly, without and being get distorted.

What guy ? It seems you are missing a lot of links - to the example of what you want, to your problem files etc.

Use a different encoder, or a different encoder front-end, or don't do quality based encoding, or set the appropriate quality level.

And 10 fps ? Honestly ?

what do you mean by front-end encoder? and 10 fps is big deal to you? I just want to increase the bitrate and enable maximum bitrate so I can upload it without my videos getting manipulated too much by youtube encoder. I think I'm saying that I want it to make the bitrate mode to variable.

EDIT: it seems its working if I upscale the video up to 720p.
