    I bought some DVD’s from Asia. Labeled Region “ALL” and NTSC, but I was only able to play one of them on my Pioneer DV-C603, the rest would show black&white with constant rolling picture. However I can play all of them on my PC. Is there any thing I could do to my Pioneer player to make it play those DVD’s?

    1.) Bad disk

    2.) Bad signal componet or cable

    3.) DVD player is set to PAL when the disks are in NTSC.
