I'm trying to make a backup of just the Miami Vice Pilot, off the first disc of the first season.
It has the pilot on it, and one other episode...maybe two and a half hours combined (I think). The problem is this dvd is done the way many of the modern episode discs are, where if you try to "De-select" one of the episodes
in the software (DVD Shrink, Instantcopy, etc), to just select the pilot for burning and not the extra episode, it wont let you....it thinks you want to get rid of all of the content on the disc and de-selects all the content.
The compression even after removing all the extras and stuff is still un-acceptable......can someone point me to a guide that details how to correct this? I tried fiddling with Re-Author mode in DVD Shrink but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Ultimately I just want the Pilot on a DVDR by itself, and can't figure out how to do it.![]()
