just bought 50 datasafe printable dvd +r's, when i t gets near the endd of the film it freezes, i've tryed burning at x4 (their rated a x8), tryed makeing it less than 4gb with dvd shrink and burnt it a couple of times so i know it was not a bad burn, my burning program is nero and my player is a philips dvp 630, is there anything else i should be doing

Hello,
Freezing at the end of disc is a sign of bad media. Not much you can do about it except encode it so its not as large. If you fit it under 4gb then it won't fill up the disc and you may have better results.
Other than try getting tayo yuden discs (made in japan). They are the best in the biz.

Can't say as I don't think I've used them - at the very least I know I haven't used the printables since I don't have a dvd printer
