    The disc has episodes on both sides of the disc whats the best way to get everything on one disc if there is a way ?

    rip one side and save, File 1
    rip and save side two, File 2

    open both files into Shrink, with automatic or custom ratio, compress to file size to fit single dvd, and re-rip the two files to File 3 which should be your final dvd file
