  1. Ok I converted a file that had to NTSC, 23.976 (internally 29.97) with 3:2 pulldown with playback, and I checked do not frame rate conversion (I used tmpgenc for my conversion). After the conversion I realized the audio is off synch, the video i converted was origionally 50.00 fps. I tried using besweet to fix the audio after i De-multiplexed it with tmpgenc but still no luck. Can anyone help me figure this out and get the audio and video back in synch? Thanks

50 FPS? I'm a bit confused by that. Is the original a progressive deintelaced, 25 FPS file that is misread or something?

You have to convert the audio to the same time length as the 23.976 file you just encoded,i use goldwave to do this under the time warp effect.
