    I havn't used Acronis True Image yet on the new pc but ive just suddenly remembered that last time i tried to clone a HDD on this pc i think i clicked create image this made 4 HUGE files on the target drive i was trying to copy to..

    If i want a drive identical to Drive 1 would i do a clone disk or something??

    Please answer this if you have used True Image b4.

    disk clone will copy one hard drive to another hard drive.

    if you create an image it will create an image file on another harddrive, and split it in to multiple volumes if you want it to (or is required by your fs).

    acronis is an easy & effective program. i've been using it a lot the past year.
