I have this new multi-format Dual Layer 16X BenQ burner and a new pack of 50 BenQ DVD-R's but the only DVD i can burn a movie on and have it work in my JVC xvn312s DVD player is the one DVD+RW that I have. I have wasted about 10 DVD's trying to get it to work and well...here I am. Why is this happening and how to I get it to work?

Use DVDdecrypter to see what the media code is for the media. Also you might want to see if there is a firmware upgrade for your burner. Another thing is check to the left under DVD Players to see if your JVC likes DVD-R's.
