SVCD2DVD v2 fails on Authoring DVD Folders?

Everything seems to go ok until it gets to the last section (Authoring DVD Folders). Its reports that it is "Done" but during the process a windows error message comes up saying DVDFolders.exe not responding "send or dont send" the error report. The folders are there, but nero wont burn it correctly, keeps saying that it is an uncompliant DVD, and when i ignore this it burns out but the dvd player wont have any of it. I've tried quite a few different films (SVCD & DIVX) but its still the same. I dont think i've missed anything, followed the instruction carefully. please help

if u have redownloaded and reinstalled rc3 again everythin should be cool as i had this problem yesterday, before chrissy fixed it
