I was following the great advice here when having problems with a copy proteced audio stream in quicktime movie files to caputure the audio seperatly with Total Recorder. Now, total recorder works fine with me with all other programs, but for some odd reason it doesn't capture the audio of mov files played with quicktimeany idea what the problem could be? (if that matters - using quicktime.5.02, Windows XP on a Pentium 4 computer.)

I use Total Recorder all the time and it records eveything, including .mov files... did you try converting the .mov to .avi with RadVideoTools?

Yes, tried that and it converts without audio which was why I was trying to record the sound seperatly with Total Recorder but it doesn't seem to recognize audio, doesn't record at all. Got no problems with other files, just mov files.
