    OK, i dont know if i fixed it yet cuz i'm at college right now but when i get home, i'll find out though.
    OK-
    i was having problems with my stb tvpci capture card so i removed all the things for it in device manager then uninstalled the stb visualreality program then uninstalled web tv.
    I then reinstalled webtv then restarted then it installed stb tv pci drivers.
    After it was all good to go, NO MATTER WHAT I DO, stream, capture, or just watch tv, the color is in black and white!!!
    What's wrong?

    You were correct. i just got home from school and turned on the pc and it works fine now.

    I was tinkerin with the drivers before i went to bed last night but yes, thank you anyway.
