  1. Can I burn a bin without a cue? If not is it possible to make a cue from a bin so that I can burn it?

    You could convert the bin to iso file and then burn it.
    Use this software.

    Also you can burn the iso file with DVD Decrypter if it is a dvd.
    I don't thank it will burn cd disc.

    An ISO extraction program can do this very easily.

    Try WinISO or ISObuster, both available as a free trial download which will accomplish your purpose.

    I do this all the time, I don't even bother with .cue files at all. I just get the .bin, extract and burn from the extraction directory. Simple.

  5. or u canjust load up the .bin into daemon tools then use ur regular copying app
    won't even cost u more than a hunk of electricity and some internet
