I'm having a problem with something called letterboxing? at least thats what i think itz called. Instead of two horizontal lines on the top and bottom, the movie i'm encoding has it on the right and left.
When i'm setup to encode an avi file to m2v, everything looks fine (dont' need to crop or anything), but when i start the project, the letterboxing appears. any clue why? need to get rid of it.
I'm tried using TMPGEnc Xpress and the older version. The aspect ratio of this movie is "Pixil 10:11 (NTSC 4:3)" mm, i've done exactly what this guide tells me up to the end of "Section 2 - Encode Video Stream"

I also notice the quality of the movie became a little choppy, The original was smooth pefect, after encode; some parts has little grains, noise etc. is that normal?
