This may been asks before, I just want to know.

I like to make my own custom DVD buttons.
So is there a software to make custom dvd buttons?

  2. I use encore DVD 1.5. Basically, anything you can create in photoshop (including rollover buttons) can be directly imported into encore.

find out what graphics format your authoring software will import. use any graphics editor that will produce that format.

I use DVD Lab, which will import .png graphics (among other formats) so I usually use Illustrator and Photoshop to put together graphics, save them as .png and import into DVD Lab.

don't have Illustrator or Photoshop? Try Inkscape and The Gimp, freeware open-source apps that have many of the same features.

I have been trying to modify some of the Encore 1.5 buttons but have not had any luck. I have a 5.5 version of PhotoShop and wonder if that is my problem?

Can anybody point me to more info?

Real Draw Pro and DVD menu Studio do the job well.
Of course if you want to do it the best way use Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
