    I am making a product demo DVD And I need to make active chapters (index buttons) so clients can click on the subject they are most interested in....help what program do I buy?

    Most good ones will let you select a section of video and use that as a motion button. Some will allow you to frame it as well.

    Personally, I do this type of thing in my video editor (Vegas) so I have complete control over the result, then import it into my authoring app (DLP).
