I'm having problems copying a miniDV (from an NTSC camcorder) via the i-link onto a DVD on a LiteOn 5006 DVD recorder.
If I set the recorder to PAL I don't see an image on the TV but it tells me that it is recording, only to cancel recording when I press stop.
If I set the recorder to NTSC I see an image on the TV but I am not given the option to record. Instead the system gives me a "Wrong Signal Type" error.
I have read that others have overcome this problem on different DVD recorders by selecting "multiregion". I have tried "Region Free", "Region 1", "Region 2", different DVDs, but all to no success.
Any ideas how I can solve this problem? Thanks!
