  1. hi i m newbie plz tell me the best tool for burning a VCD for my VCD player. i have already tried nero to burn video file but it re-encodes it & changes the quality of my video. i dont wanna lose the quality... plz help me ....

  2. VCD is not very good quality at its best. But before any one can really help you need to provide more info.
    What is your source material, format, codec, resolution and frame rate.
    What tools do you have available at the moment.
    How much are you willing to spend on additional tools if required.
    How much time and effort can you put into this.
    What player do you have

  3. I have file with having this setting
    Pal 720,576 & 8000KB/sec, 48000 Audio setting
    I have Rendered this file using Ulead Media Studio 7
    But low quality output..

    Now plz tell me wat will be the setting for a Max. quality VCD output...

    for a PAL vcd, you'll have to encode the video to a vcd compliant file.....it needs to be:1150 kbit/sec MPEG-1 and 352 x 288 pixels

    If your source is low quality then you won't make it better (in fact it will be worse) when encoded to VCD. Maybe you are doing wrong in VS7. I don't know that package so can't help you with that.
