I have a Samsung dvd 811, and it cut's the edge of evry movie i make. Det movie looks fine when I play it in WinDVD. Any answeres?

This is likely due to overscan on your TV. Here it is explained succinctly in an excerpt from the Adobe Premiere Help file:
"Television sets enlarge a video image and allow some portion of its outer edges to be cut off by the edge of the screen. The amount of overscan is not consistent across television sets, so you should keep important parts of a video image, such as action or titles, within margins known as safe zones."
All those areas are viewbale on a software video player on your monitor. So, it's not your player, but your TV. Premiere allows you to view and adjust those areas as will some other video editors, I suspect.
