Frameserving Vdub in CCE 2.5 / XP : crash

I tried to frameserve Vdub in CCE 2.5 (Vdub used only for resizing) under win XP but CCE crashes every time.

1 - any idea ?
2 - how can I resize an .avi file without frameserving with other software (I would like to use CCE 2.5 to encode...)

I`ve been having the same problem

I captured from a dv-camera with avi_io then I cutted and resized with virtualDub.

on the middle of the conversion VirtualDub Crash

does anybody know what is happening ?

Try disabling the audio in Virtual Dub (Audio -> No Audio) and encode only the video in CCE.

Once you've encoded the video, just encode the audio using toolame or TMPGEnc and multiplex the audio and video streams together using BBmpeg or TMPGEnc.
