First let me say I've been buying from Meritline for several years and have never had a problem - until now!
Edit - I called them back after posting and after complaining about being hung up on, spoke with a live person. They said they had already credited me for the missing item, which I later checked up on (they had).
So I'm changing my complaint to "They are lousy communicators".
So I will give them another chance and chalk this up to the current American business model of "The customer does our job for us"!
