    Hello,

I'm pretty sure you can (in fact have to) do this with Arcsoft Showbiz. I can't remember if you had to do it manually or whether you could set it to happen automatically.

    @ yoda313

What have you found so far.. any updates ??

In any case, it *has* to be done manually. No software is going to
know where to put "chapter points" or "markers" in a given video (MPEG
or AVI) during capturing, unless its bult-in to the "capture app" and
you *still* have to press a button to tell it to mark it.

You have to do this manually. I've ben doing it this way w/ Notepad
for a while now. (i'm sure you have too, yoda) but its now becoming
a pain, and there are too many typo's when entering times. And I
have not actually developed a good system setup.
    .
But luckly, for my ADVC-100 captures, I'm in the middle of sculpturing
a tiny app to do the manual part for me. This way, all I have to do is..
press a button for each Marker in a given time. How knows.
Maybe it could turn into something useful in time.
