    Hello,

I believe dvd decrypter should do it.

  3. Mount it on a virtual drive with Daemon Tools.

...or just burn it to a DVD-R (if it is an image of a DVD - an IMG can contain anything )

You tried placing the IMG file into VIDEO_TS?
Now, back up a bit, and:
Think of the IMG as a bucket. It can contain anything. What's inside can only be told by looking inside it. To this end, you can mount it with daemon tools. If it's an image of a video DVD, it should contain an empty AUDIO_TS folder, and a VIDEO_TS folder with lots of IFOs, BUPs and VOBs inside. If so, you can treat it exactly as if it was a video DVD inserted in your DVD reader, for instance do as you did, but move all inside the VIDEO_TS to the VIDEO_TS in Nero. Or just burn the IMG to DVD recordable with DVDDecrypter. Or if it's too large to fit a rewritable, use DVDShrink to make a DVD-5 copy of it, or...

  7. Or go to Nero Start Smart --> DVD --> Copy and Backup --> Burn Image to Disc. How come you were trying to drop it into DVDLab? (I don't have DVDLab, never tried it either, just curious).

yes -- use powerDVD , though if powerdvd is installed, media player shoudl play it .

what file are you trying to play anyway ? you may be trying to open the wrong thing ..
