NeroVision Express 2 vs TMPGEnc DVD Author

My 8 speed $40 DVD burner came with NERO OEM which includes NeroVision Express 2. Does anyone know what the difference is between NeroVision Express2 and TMPGEnc DVD Author?

Is there any other reason I would still need to use TMPGEnc DVD Author?

In the Nero manual it says that Nero Express2 does the following below which it seems is everything I need to author my videos and slides.

1. Trim your videos in a fast and flexible way
2. Create chapters using automatic scene detection and/or set chapter marks manually.
3. Create video discs with your own and customize menus using pre-defined layout templates and button frames.
4. Add your own background pictures and text design.
5. Use the preview mode and the handy remote control to view your video project.
6. And it does much much more.

TMPGEnc is far more better than Nero's product in my opinion. I have both and only use TMPGEnc. Stable, fast and produces a good end product.
