I recently started burning onto dvd-r's and have had somewhat success, but i run into problems, some of the disc's will play fine on my dvd player, other's seem to get a few minutes in an than start jumping, freezing and the audio gets completely out of sync by a very noticable amount of time. I have put the dvd's into my computer and watched them and they play perfectly. I am assuming that the dvd player isnt wanting to either read them properly, or if the media is not liked?
ive only used the same type of media from day 1, thats what confuses me, some will play fine, others dont, im using Memorex DVDR 8x dvd's.

please any help is appreciated, ive thrown several dvd's away already thinking it was a bad burn, but now realized my computer plays them with no problems.

should i look into returning the dvd player that was bought last month and find something else, try different media, altho i already have burned a substantial amount of video's to the dvd's?
