I am encoding a 26 minute VCD movie changing it from PAL to NTSC that only recognized 1:30 seconds of the movie. I then ran it through Virtualdub and then Frameserved it. Now it will recognize 18 of the 26 minutes.
When playing the movie, I noticed that exactly at the point where the encoder stalls, there is a kind of quick flash break in the movie. If there were some program that would let you edit that part out, would that help my encoder recognize the whole 26 minutes?
