I have a PAL sourced dvd-r that will not play on my dvd player, either The picture flutters or my player tells me there is an error and won' play it. I would like to know if and how I can convert this PAL sourced dvd to an NTSC sourced and burn to a dvd-r with the idea of watching it on my television snd dvd player. I have a sony dvd-r recorder hooked up to my computer and I have Nero 6 burning program. Can anyone suggest a software program and proceedure that could help me attain my goals. Thank you for helping me out.
