Hi,
I was trying to make a SVCD, and I managed to make it, that's not my problem, but under the "Other Setting" of the project wizard, for the video arrange method, I picked "no margin, keep aspect ratio". I thought this would stretch it to the full screen, while keeping everything intact, but I noticed that it cut out quite a bit from both vertical sides. My question is then, since the "No margin" option cuts out from the edges, what's the difference between "Full Screen, keep aspect ratio" and "Full screen, keep aspect ratio 2"??

you may be seeing overscan on your tv and thinking that tmpgenc is at fault ...
it's not -- tv's cut off a lot of the picture
if that is not what you are talking about -- sorry .."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
Naw, it's not the TV, cause after I watched it and noticed that a bit of the opening credits were cut off, I checked the SVCD file on windows media player and it was cut off there, so it musta been from when I converted it into SVCD, becuase the original file was fine. I think it was because I did the no margin option.
