OK, I know this is gonna sound really really stupid but please dont hit me *cowers away*
I bet you've all heard this a million times, so I'm gonna make it quick, and all I want is a quick answer![]()
I can't open up the *.avs file in Nandub. This is a real problem, cause I've tried a number of things... running proxyoff.reg, avireset and avifile. None seem to correct the problem. The reason I want to open the avs is so that I can use Gord Knot to check the first pass and other stuff. I can open d2v files, and pseudo avis, but I can't open that dumb avs files. Could I be doing something wrong when I am saving them in Gord Knot?
I must sound really stupid right now![]()
If anyone could provide any help I'd be really greatful, cause I wanna rip Antitrust soon.
Also, how would people here compare Nandub SBC encoding with Fairuse? What look better... I could always just use Fairuse, but I hear it is really slow...
Thanks!![]()
Tom

I do not use nandub or fairuse because I am one of these svcd guys. Maybe I can help you with Avisynth anyway. Did you get any error message or can you preview the .avs with windows media player without problems?
