Hi,
I am trying to use the Print Screen button to capture a single frame from an xvid avi in media player but it is not allowing me to save the image, all I get is a black screen when I paste the image in Photoshop. Anyway round this?
Thanks

you need software that supports direct overlay capture......or you could use VirtualDub as suggested... or even Tmpeg (save as bitmap)....
good luck
