I have a great version of DVD X Copy and it worked fine for like 9 months, all of a sudden it wouldn't read discs.
My version comes with DVDRescue as well.
So reinstalled the software. The problem is when I try to operate the the program I get this error
"the procedure entry point I_RpcExceptionfilter could not be located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll"
and the the software does not work like before. Do you know what the error message means. I'm sure once this is solved my software will work fine.

Try doing a GOOGLE search for "I_RpcExceptionfilter " and "RPCRT4.dll" or "procedure entry point"
There are seversl causes for this problem. A little reading will go a long way to solve your problem.
You may also search MSDN for "procedure entry point"
I suspect that you have installed a piece of software or got a virus or spyware that installed an older version of the dll. -

Yes, and so can dvddecrypter
OK, how do you configure DVDDecryptor to that?
And is it only a certain version of Decryptor thatr has that feature? -

Structure protection perhaps or maybe a scratched or dirty disc.
Those are some possibilities. -
Structure protection perhaps
What is that? I thought Decryptor did everything. -
