  1. I am using DVD decrypter to back up some of my movies, and keep getting an I/O error. It's puzzling b/c DVD Decrypter works on most all of the other movies I am backing up except these two specific movies. I'm stumped but I did notice that, unlike the other movies, these two movies load up a interactive website ( with a gallery, audio, etc. ) about the movie when I pop it into my PC. Could these files possibly be causing the error message, or should I look elsewhere for a solution? Any thoughts? I attached an image of the error message i'm receiving.

Set decrypter to ignore read errors and detect mastering errors.
