fastest MPEG2 to XViD converter?

Hi would like to know wich ist the fastest alternative program for converting from mpeq2 to xvid atm??
Today I use Gordian Knot rip/codec pack and it works fine but i'm not quite happy with the time.

I doubt FU is any faster. xvid is a slow process. Patience.

Usually is comes down to the codec, as this does most of the work unless you are filtering first. The only way to really speed it up is to throw more CPU at it.
