I'm looking for an app that will act exactly like TMPGenc Author but also let me keep the subtitles.

I tried Ulead Dvd Workshop and that is for actually making a DVD from scratch video, audio, adding subtitles. All I want to do is edit the DVD like TMPGenc does it. I want to add chapters and cut / add scenes. But it needs to keep subtitles cause its a foreign film. The DVD already has subtitles for english.
