    If I have a 60 minute "track", how can I break that into four 15-minute chapters?

    Is that done at encoding time? Is there a way to specify?

    I'm using a pretty simple setup, or will be, rather...

    TMPEnc 2.5, DVD Author 1.6, and I still haven't settled on video "editing" software. Sheesh. Too many choices.

    It's done when you are Authoring your DVD,set chapter points.Although i think premiere will leave flags in when you edit the video. what you have should be fine for what you are asking.

    I use TMPGEnc DVD Author and it does everything I need it to do. It can certainly do what you need it to do in this case, too
