Burned DVD disk cannot be recognized by DVD player

I bought I/O magic DL DVD burner from Staples this Black Friday.
I use TMPGEnc to convert raw AVI to mpeg2 and authoring DVD disk.
but when I try to play this disk in Cyberhome DVD player, the DVD player cannot recognize it. DVD player showed"Insert Disk". It means there is no disk in player!
I used Memorex 8X DVD+R disk and tried other brands disks too.
But none worked.
Actually, I used TMPGEnc in another computer and burned DVD. This DVD can be played in Cyberhome DVD player.

The burner in another computer is NEC brand.

Is there any body meet the same problem? How to solve this problem?

I think this is because of the burner, because all others (software, DVD+R disk) are same for 2 computers.
