I used that for a cartoon series and it looked fine, but it cuts off part of the screen on the tv, like where it has the divx watermark some of it is missing... its nothign too noticable, but I also encoded an episode with dvd santa and xilisoft video convertor, and the dvd santa converstion was a little more blurry than xilisoft.. hmmm

This is called OVERSCAN. Nothing you can do about it without some advanced editing techniques.

you have any links or guides for that? If it happened with dvd santa and it done that, will it happen with every conversion I try with dvd santa? or could it just have been those episodes? thx

Since when was adding borders considered "advanced" ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

    I've done it now .....

I doubt very highly that DVDSanta could do it. IMO the easiest way is using AVISynth scripts.
    If in doubt, Google it.
