Edit Studio 3 Capture Error Message

I am using a trial copy of Edit Studio 3 (Capture application works past trial date) as my capture program, but suddenly it has stopped recognising my Canopus ADVC-50 giving the error message:

Error: Unable to start view graph
Error Code: CPTRDRCTSHW.71

Does anyone have any ideas what this means.

I notice that you are from the U.K.
Check that your settings have not defaulted to NSTC.
You may have to uninstall, reboot and reinstall
Edit Studio3.

Thanks for the advice.

I rebooted a couple of times and things got back to normal. Odd behaviour though; every so often my PC doesn't recognise the Canopus ADVC-50.
