help for panasonic dmr es10

I have ea dmr-es10 and i record normally from a video vhs to it. But the problem is that in some dvd-players this dvd play only audio, and no video. ( the same material when i record with dmr-e60 works fine in those dvd players.
i want to get a solution for this because i use these dvd recorders in my studio for the client's vhs. thanks

You imply that the ES10 disk does play on some players and not others and that the E60 disk plays on all players. Is this true? If so, are you recording to the same media with both recorders?

thank you for reply. I use it both (E10 and E60) In my studio for clients. some of dvd that are made with es10 is this problem. When the client reklam it to me, i record with dmr e 60 and everything is ok. i live in Albania, can you help me where can i buy a new laser For Dmr-E60 because i am usin it very much because iam sure that dvd that are mading with it are sure. and smth else. Dvd player which don't play ES1o dvds, are not good quality sure, but play very well with E60 dvds.
2. The dvd that i record with es10 i can't copy with nero. when i want to copy them i use nero dvd video project. What can i do to the es10, to record it's dvd directly with nero copy.

My question was are you using the same media with both recorders? For example, are you using Ritek media with the ES10 and Verbatim media with the E60?

Service manuals for recorders do not provide for repairing the writer part to the component level. The manuals only list the entire writer itself as part.

I have an ES10 but stopped using Nero 6 last year. I had some problems so I went back to an older program, Sonic RecordNow. It makes exact copies very well.

now i understand well yoyr question. i use the same media with both. the problem is this: that dvd players who has the problem transmit only voice of the dvd makin in es10.

I have a Panasonic DMR-ES10 and I do not have your problem.

But you can copy the disk and make them more compatible by ripping your recordings using DVD Shirink with Reauthor opetion and the burn the resulting files with Nero.
