Taio Yuden and Sony DRU510a = no burn??????

Ive got a ISO file I tried to burn to Taio Yuden DVD-R disc and it keeps failing everytime, Ive tried to use Sonic Record Now Deluxe and also DV Decrypter.

Is the Sony DRU510A not able to burn to these discs as I sent the discs to my cuz and he has the same burner and same problem, he cant burn anything to them????!?!?!

Firmware is up to date at SONY DVD RW DRU-510A 1.1a

The discs are not faulty as they burn fine on my Pioneer A07XLB.

The TYG02 are genuine as they are from SVP......

I also use the dru-510a (1.1a) and burn almost exclusively Taiyo Yuden 8x and before that 4x from Rima. I also burn Japanese Fuji disc with the TY media code....all with no problems.

I am using DVD Shrink, and then NTI DVD Maker Platinum for the burning software. Before I used NTI, I had a few problems with Nero and many problems with BurnAtOnce.

NTI software works out perfectly EVERY time. It might be your software.

I'd tend to suspect the Sony burner before the TY media
